📌 Key Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in customers on the sales floor to identify garments and outfits that match their preferences and budgets
• Maintain assigned floor section in neat and well-organised condition with correct size sequencing on racks
• Guide customers on sizing, fabric care, and wash instructions for all apparel categories
• Communicate ongoing promotions, seasonal discounts, and loyalty offers to customers on the floor
• Support POS billing counters during peak hours and weekend rush periods to reduce waiting time
• Achieve daily and weekly individual sales targets assigned by the floor supervisor
• Participate in daily briefings, product knowledge sessions, and store VM update activities

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• 12th pass from a recognised board in any stream
• Basic spoken Tamil and conversational English for customer interaction on the sales floor
• Pleasant personality and a genuine interest in fashion, clothing, and apparel products
• Willingness to work rotational shifts including weekends, public holidays, and festival seasons
• Physical stamina to stand and assist customers on the floor for extended shift durations
• Familiarity with garment categories, fabric types, and basic sizing standards is an advantage
• Freshers with strong communication skills and a passion for retail are welcome to apply
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
