📌 Key Responsibilities

• Visit farmer fields and agri input dealer shops in the assigned territory to promote and sell agri input products
• Educate farmers and dealers on fertilizer, pesticide, and crop nutrition product benefits, usage dosages, and application methods
• Meet daily and monthly sales targets for assigned agri input product lines across the territory
• Build and maintain relationships with agri input dealers, retailers, and progressive farmers in the assigned district
• Conduct product demonstration trials at farmer fields to showcase efficacy of promoted crop protection and nutrition products
• Collect market intelligence on competitor products, pricing, and dealer schemes and report to the regional sales manager
• Submit daily call reports, sales orders, and expense claims through the company's mobile sales application or reporting format

• Which crops and agri input products have you sold or promoted in your previous field role?
• How many dealer outlets and farmer contacts do you manage in your current territory?
• Are you comfortable travelling extensively within the assigned district on a daily basis?
• Can you communicate crop advisory and product benefits to farmers in Tamil?
• Have you conducted product demonstration trials or farmer field days?
• How do you handle a dealer who has slow-moving stock of the company's products?
• What is your current monthly sales target and how consistently have you achieved it?
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
