📌 Key Responsibilities

• Build detailed financial models including DCF, comparable company analysis, and LBO models for transactions
• Conduct financial due diligence for M and A transactions covering revenue quality, cost structure, and working capital
• Develop business case financial models to evaluate strategic investments and capital allocation decisions
• Prepare valuation reports and fairness opinions for mergers, acquisitions, and PE transactions
• Analyse client financial statements to identify performance drivers, risks, and improvement opportunities
• Support senior advisers in preparing transaction documentation including information memoranda and management presentations
• Monitor post-transaction financial integration and track synergy realisation for acquired businesses

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• CA Qualified or MBA Finance with two to six years of financial advisory or investment banking experience
• Strong financial modelling skills including DCF, comparable company analysis, and transaction modelling
• Experience conducting buy-side or sell-side financial due diligence preferred
• Familiarity with M and A transaction processes and deal documentation requirements
• Proficiency in Excel for complex financial model development and scenario analysis
• Good written and verbal communication skills for client presentations and report writing
• CFA certification or progress toward CFA is an added advantage for this role
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
