📌 Key Responsibilities

• Manage size-wise footwear stock in the backroom and ensure correct stock is available for the sales floor
• Process incoming stock deliveries using goods received notes and update inventory records accurately
• Implement FIFO stock rotation to ensure older stock is moved to the sales floor before newer arrivals
• Conduct daily and weekly cycle counts for assigned footwear categories and reconcile variances
• Identify damaged, soiled, or defective footwear units and segregate them for supervisor review and write-off
• Raise timely replenishment requests to avoid size stockouts in fast-moving footwear styles
• Maintain the stockroom in a clean, organised, and clearly labelled condition for efficient stock retrieval

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or any discipline from a recognised university
• Zero to three years of stock or inventory experience in a retail or warehouse environment
• Understanding of size-wise stock management for footwear including size runs and width fittings
• Basic familiarity with inventory or ERP software for stock entry and report generation
• Strong numerical accuracy for cycle count reconciliation and variance reporting
• Ability to lift and move footwear stock boxes in a stockroom environment
• Attention to detail for barcode scanning accuracy and SKU-level stock management
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
