📌 Key Responsibilities

• Process footwear wholesale orders received from retail stockists and distribution partners across Tamil Nadu
• Coordinate with the warehouse team for order picking, packing, and outbound dispatch to retailer accounts
• Generate sales invoices, delivery challans, and e-way bills for outbound footwear shipments
• Allocate available stock against pending wholesale orders based on priority and customer account terms
• Manage wholesale return requests from retailers and coordinate replacement or credit note processing
• Conduct periodic visits to stockists and retail accounts to review stock levels and collect new orders
• Update distribution ERP or order management system with order status, dispatch details, and delivery confirmations

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or any discipline from a recognised university
• Zero to three years of experience in wholesale trade, distribution, or FMCG or retail supply chain
• Familiarity with order processing, invoice generation, and delivery challan documentation
• Basic knowledge of GST applicability on wholesale footwear transactions and e-way bill requirements
• Good communication skills in Tamil and basic English for retailer and stockist coordination
• Proficiency in Tally ERP, Excel, or any distribution management software is an advantage
• Willingness to travel locally for stockist visits across Coimbatore and nearby districts
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
