📌 Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full catering operations of the company across all client contracts, sites, and service lines in Coimbatore and the region.
• Own the company-wide P and L for catering operations including revenue growth, food cost, labour cost, and EBITDA targets.
• Drive new business development by approving proposals, leading high-value client negotiations, and closing strategic catering contracts.
• Oversee the operations management team and set performance goals, conduct reviews, and build leadership capability at all levels.
• Develop and implement the company's operational strategy for service quality, food safety, technology adoption, and geographic expansion.
• Manage senior client relationships at MD and VP level in major corporate and industrial catering accounts.
• Report operational performance, financial results, and strategic progress to the company board or promoter management.

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor of Hotel Management or MBA from a premier institution; dual qualification in both is strongly preferred.
• Twelve to twenty-two years of progressive catering or institutional food service management experience.
• Demonstrated track record of leading a large catering operations portfolio with annual revenue in excess of Rs. 50 crore.
• Proven P and L ownership with measurable results in revenue growth, food cost optimisation, and EBITDA improvement.
• Strong business development capability with experience winning and retaining large corporate and industrial catering contracts.
• Strategic leadership skills to manage operations managers, QA heads, HR, and finance teams in a complex catering organisation.
• Deep regulatory knowledge including FSSAI, ISO 22000, and contract labour law applicable to large-scale catering companies.
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
