📌 Key Responsibilities

• Lead the creative and operational direction of the event management company across all event categories and client accounts.
• Drive new business development, pitch strategy, and client acquisition to grow the company's event portfolio.
• Develop and oversee event concepts, creative themes, and production quality standards for all major event productions.
• Manage multi-departmental teams including production, design, sales, and operations to ensure delivery excellence.
• Oversee event company PandL, revenue forecasting, cost management, and annual business planning.
• Build, mentor, and retain a high-performing event team including managers, coordinators, and creative professionals.
• Represent the company in client meetings, industry forums, and public events as a visible creative and leadership figure.

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• MBA or Diploma in Event Management from a recognised university or institute.
• 8 to 16 years of progressive event management experience with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record of creative direction and delivery excellence across large-format corporate and social events.
• Demonstrated new business development capability with measurable revenue growth results at an event company.
• Strong PandL management experience and ability to scale event company operations profitably.
• Exceptional leadership, mentoring, and team development skills for building high-performing event teams.
• Excellent English and Tamil communication and client relationship skills for senior stakeholder management.
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
