📌 Key Responsibilities

• Lead the entire warehouse and cold chain operations network including multiple owned and 3PL-operated facilities across Tamil Nadu and South India
• Own the warehouse and cold chain P and L covering all facilities, set annual cost, productivity, and service level targets, and deliver business results
• Drive operational excellence across all sites through lean, 5S, TPM, and continuous improvement programmes and track network-level KPIs
• Build and develop a high-performance operations leadership team including warehouse managers, cold chain managers, and site supervisors across all locations
• Manage major 3PL client contracts and relationships, lead quarterly SLA review meetings, and resolve strategic escalations
• Lead infrastructure planning for new warehouse or cold chain facility setups, expansions, and WMS implementation projects
• Ensure full regulatory compliance including Factories Act, fire safety, FSSAI cold chain standards, and pharma GDP guidelines across all network sites

• How do you manage large 3PL client relationships and contract negotiations at a senior leadership level?
• What is your approach to building and retaining a strong regional warehouse operations leadership team?
• How do you ensure consistent regulatory compliance across multiple warehouse and cold chain sites in different geographies?
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
