📌 Key Responsibilities

• Manage guest check-in desks, registration counters, and guest list verification at corporate and social events.
• Coordinate VVIP guest arrivals, dedicated seating, special requirements, and personal escort at event venues.
• Maintain and manage seating plans, table assignments, and guest flow during meal functions and ceremonies.
• Operate hospitality desks at conferences and exhibitions handling delegate queries, badges, and material kits.
• Coordinate guest transport, drop-off, and pick-up logistics with logistics and transport teams at event venues.
• Handle guest queries, complaints, and special requests on event day with a calm and professional demeanour.
• Communicate with event manager and department heads via radio or messaging to relay guest-side updates.

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• BHM or Graduate in any discipline; Diploma in Event Management or Hospitality is an advantage.
• 0 to 3 years of experience in event hospitality, guest management, or hotel front office operations.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills in Tamil and English for diverse guest interaction.
• Smart appearance, professional conduct, and courteous attitude for front-facing guest service roles.
• Ability to remain composed and solution-oriented under pressure during large event guest volumes.
• Basic understanding of event guest management tools, seating systems, and RSVP tracking.
• Willingness to work standing shifts, evening events, and weekend functions as required.
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
