📌 Key Responsibilities

• Recruit catering helpers, cooks, stewards, and supervisors for site deployments across corporate and industrial catering contracts in Coimbatore.
• Manage contract labour deployment in coordination with registered contractors and ensure statutory compliance for all site workers.
• Maintain employee records for all site and head office staff including ESIC, PF, and professional tax registrations.
• Process monthly attendance and coordinate payroll inputs for site catering staff in liaison with the finance team.
• Handle joining formalities, induction, and onboarding documentation for new catering site staff and contract labour.
• Track FSSAI food handler and food safety certifications for all kitchen staff across sites and coordinate renewal training.
• Address employee grievances at catering sites and escalate unresolved issues to the HR manager or operations manager.

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate degree or MBA in Human Resources from a recognised institution; diploma in HR or Labour Management is also considered.
• Zero to three years of HR experience; prior exposure to catering, hospitality, or facility management HR is preferred.
• Knowledge of contract labour regulations, ESIC, PF, professional tax, and statutory compliance for catering site workers.
• Experience in high-volume recruitment for blue-collar and semi-skilled catering roles across multiple sites.
• Proficiency in maintaining employee records using MS Excel or HRMS tools commonly used in catering and hospitality companies.
• Good communication skills in Tamil and English for coordinating with site supervisors and contract labour agencies.
• Attention to detail in compliance documentation, attendance records, and payroll input accuracy for catering workforce.
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
