📌 Key Responsibilities

• Recruit loan officers, collection executives, and branch staff through job portals, campus drives, and referrals
• Conduct HR screening interviews and coordinate with branch managers for field-level hiring
• Process monthly payroll for field and branch staff including salary, incentives, and deductions
• Manage employee onboarding, induction training coordination, and documentation for new joiners
• Maintain accurate attendance, leave, and HRIS records for all branch staff in the assigned region
• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary procedures, and exit interviews per HR policy
• Ensure compliance with labour laws including PF, ESI, and minimum wage regulations for MFI staff

• Have you recruited and onboarded field staff for an NBFC-MFI or similar financial services employer?
• Are you proficient in payroll processing software and calculating field incentive-linked salaries?
• How do you manage high attrition rates common in microfinance field staff roles?
• Do you have experience handling employee grievances and disciplinary cases in an MFI context?
• Are you familiar with PF, ESI, and minimum wage compliance for NBFC field employees?
• How do you maintain HR MIS and headcount reports for multi-branch MFI operations?
• What sourcing channels have you used effectively to hire Tamil-speaking field loan officers in Coimbatore?
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
