🎓 Qualifications and Requirements
- MBA HR or Industrial/Organisational Psychology with two to six years of HR consulting experience
- Experience conducting organisation design and compensation benchmarking for large client organisations
- Familiarity with job evaluation methodologies and compensation survey interpretation
- Ability to design talent management frameworks including succession planning and performance calibration
- Strong analytical skills for workforce analytics and HR metric reporting
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills for engaging with senior HR and business leadership
- Exposure to HRIS systems and HR technology advisory is an added advantage
- Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
