📋 Job Description

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Lead all operational functions of the multi-brand cloud kitchen hub including kitchen, packing, dispatch, and aggregator management.
• Own the hub's PandL across all active delivery brands including revenue, food cost, labour cost, and operational expenses.
• Monitor brand-wise aggregator performance on Zomato and Swiggy and implement improvement plans for underperforming brands.
• Hire, train, and appraise all hub staff including cooks, packing executives, operations executives, and platform managers.
• Control food cost and ingredient procurement within budgeted thresholds and minimise raw material wastage across the hub.
• Ensure FSSAI compliance, maintain kitchen hygiene audit scores, and implement corrective actions from regulatory inspections.
• Report hub performance metrics including brand-wise revenue, ratings, order count, and cost KPIs to the city operations team.

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor of Hotel Management, MBA, or equivalent management qualification from a recognised institution.
• Three to eight years of FandB or cloud kitchen operations experience with at least two years in a hub or outlet management role.
• Demonstrated PandL accountability for a multi-brand food production or delivery operation with measurable financial outcomes.
• Strong leadership skills to manage a cross-functional hub team of ten to twenty-five staff across kitchen and operations.
• Deep knowledge of aggregator platform management, delivery metrics, and brand rating improvement strategies.
• Experience in FSSAI compliance, kitchen hygiene auditing, and food safety management in a commercial kitchen.
• Analytical ability to review brand performance dashboards, identify revenue and cost gaps, and execute improvement plans.
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
