• Research and identify relevant macro, micro, and nano influencers across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and regional platforms for client campaign briefs
• Reach out to influencers and their management teams to negotiate commercial terms, content deliverables, posting timelines, and usage rights
• Draft detailed influencer campaign briefs covering key messages, content guidelines, disclosure requirements, and approval processes for each assignment
• Review influencer-created content before publication to ensure it aligns with client brand guidelines, key messages, and regulatory disclosure standards
• Track influencer campaign delivery including content publication dates, reach, engagement, views, and click-through performance for client reporting
• Maintain an updated influencer database covering profiles, audience demographics, previous campaign performance, and engagement rate benchmarks
• Prepare influencer campaign reports including performance summaries, ROI analysis, and recommendations for future campaign optimisation

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Journalism, or any discipline with a strong understanding of social media influencer culture
• 0 to 3 years of experience in influencer marketing campaign execution, social media marketing, or PR activities at an agency or brand
• Ability to identify influencers whose audience demographics, engagement rates, and content style match client brand requirements and campaign objectives
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills with the ability to manage influencer communications professionally and efficiently
• Experience reviewing influencer-created content for brand compliance, messaging accuracy, and regulatory disclosure requirements
• Proficiency in tracking influencer campaign performance metrics including reach, impressions, engagement rate, and cost per engagement for ROI reporting
• Knowledge of ASCI guidelines for influencer content disclosure and advertising standards applicable to brand-sponsored social media posts in India
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
