📌 Key Responsibilities

• Engage with residential clients enquiring about interior design packages for their apartments, villas, and new homes.
• Conduct initial design consultations and studio visits to understand client requirements, budget, and style preferences.
• Coordinate site visits by senior designers and project managers for measurement and design brief collection.
• Prepare and present interior design package quotations including scope, timeline, and payment terms.
• Follow up consistently with prospects to convert enquiries into confirmed design project orders.
• Maintain client interaction records and lead pipeline status in the firm's CRM system.
• Coordinate with the design team after project confirmation for client brief handover and project initiation.

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline with 0 to 3 years of sales experience; prior interior or home improvement sales preferred.
• Good understanding of interior design concepts, package structures, and residential client decision-making.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client-facing consultations and presentation meetings.
• Ability to prepare clear quotations and explain scope, inclusions, and payment schedules confidently to clients.
• Comfortable working with CRM tools for lead management and follow-up tracking.
• Willingness to conduct client site visits and coordinate with design and project teams for project initiation.
• Basic aesthetic sensibility for interior design styles, materials, and finish options to support client consultations.
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.

B.Arch or B.Des (Interior Design) from CIDA/COA-approved institutes for senior design roles; Diploma in Interior Design for junior designer and visualizer roles; AutoCAD 2D/3D for drafting and layout roles; 3ds Max, V-Ray, and Lumion for 3D visualization and rendering roles; SketchUp for quick concept modelling; Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator for presentation and mood board preparation; knowledge of IS codes for residential and commercial interior specifications; WELL Building Standard or IGBC Green Interior awareness for premium project roles; modular furniture and hardware product knowledge for site and sales roles
