📌 Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily interior fit-out activities at residential and commercial project sites as per approved drawings.
• Coordinate carpenter, false ceiling, flooring, painting, electrical, and plumbing subcontractors on site.
• Verify that all interior works are executed as per designer drawings and material specifications.
• Conduct site measurements for custom joinery, false ceiling layouts, and tile cutting plans.
• Identify and report design execution conflicts, material shortages, and quality deficiencies to the project manager.
• Maintain a daily site progress log recording work completed, workforce deployed, and materials consumed.
• Conduct pre-handover quality checks for snag identification and coordinate rectification before client possession.

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or Interior Design with 1 to 5 years of interior fit-out site supervision experience.
• Hands-on experience supervising carpenter, false ceiling, flooring, tile, and painting works on residential projects.
• Ability to read and interpret AutoCAD interior drawings, joinery shop drawings, and reflected ceiling plans.
• Knowledge of standard interior material specifications including laminates, veneers, tiles, paints, and hardware.
• Good coordination and communication skills for managing multiple subcontractors simultaneously on active sites.
• Willingness to work at construction and fit-out project sites across Coimbatore including peripheral zones.
• Basic knowledge of interior project timelines and sequencing of fit-out activities for efficient site management.
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.

B.Arch or B.Des (Interior Design) from CIDA/COA-approved institutes for senior design roles; Diploma in Interior Design for junior designer and visualizer roles; AutoCAD 2D/3D for drafting and layout roles; 3ds Max, V-Ray, and Lumion for 3D visualization and rendering roles; SketchUp for quick concept modelling; Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator for presentation and mood board preparation; knowledge of IS codes for residential and commercial interior specifications; WELL Building Standard or IGBC Green Interior awareness for premium project roles; modular furniture and hardware product knowledge for site and sales roles
