📌 Key Responsibilities

• Write and distribute monthly or weekly employee newsletters covering company news, leadership updates, achievements, and employee recognition
• Create and publish content on the company or client intranet platform including announcements, policy updates, HR communications, and leadership messages
• Draft CEO and senior leadership messages for town halls, all-hands meetings, and major organisational announcements
• Develop internal communications calendars that align employee messaging with key business milestones, financial periods, and HR events
• Support internal launch communications for new products, systems, policies, and organisational changes with clear and engaging employee-facing content
• Coordinate with HR, leadership, and business unit heads to gather inputs and approvals for internal communications content and ensure accuracy
• Monitor employee engagement and feedback on internal communications channels and recommend content improvements based on readership and response data

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, English, Journalism, or Human Resources with strong writing and interpersonal communication skills
• 0 to 3 years of experience in internal communications, employee engagement content creation, or HR communications at a corporate or agency setting
• Ability to write clearly, accurately, and engagingly for internal audiences including frontline employees, middle management, and senior leadership
• Experience managing or contributing to intranet platforms, employee apps, or internal communication systems used in corporate environments
• Understanding of how internal communications supports employee engagement, cultural alignment, and organisational change management objectives
• Strong coordination skills to liaise with HR, business unit leaders, and the communications team to gather inputs and manage approval cycles
• Familiarity with internal communications platforms such as Workplace from Meta, Microsoft Viva Engage, or similar employee engagement tools is an advantage
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
