📌 Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts of warehouse inventory using WMS or handheld scanners and reconcile physical counts against system records
• Manage bin location master in WMS including new location creation, relabelling, and inactive location clearance
• Enforce FIFO and FEFO stock rotation across all warehouse zones and escalate non-compliance to the supervisor
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies including short receipts, short issues, and WMS mismatches
• Prepare daily and weekly inventory MIS reports covering stock levels, slow-moving items, and location utilisation
• Support annual physical inventory counting events and assist auditors with location-wise stock verification
• Track warehouse shrinkage, damaged goods write-offs, and expired stock and report monthly to the inventory manager

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Which WMS have you used for cycle counting and bin location management - SAP EWM, Manhattan, or other systems?
• How do you investigate and resolve a stock discrepancy between physical count and WMS?
• Are you familiar with FIFO and FEFO stock rotation principles in a warehouse?
• Have you prepared inventory MIS reports covering slow-moving and non-moving stock?
• How do you manage the bin location master in a WMS for a multi-category warehouse?
• Have you participated in an annual physical inventory count and what was your role?
• How do you track and report warehouse shrinkage and damaged goods?
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
