📌 Key Responsibilities

• Plan and raise daily purchase orders for all raw materials required across active delivery brands in the cloud kitchen hub.
• Coordinate with approved vendors for timely delivery of ingredients, packaging materials, and kitchen consumables.
• Receive incoming deliveries, verify quantities and quality against purchase orders, and reject non-compliant items.
• Maintain accurate stock records for all raw materials using inventory tracking sheets or the hub's stock management system.
• Implement FIFO stock rotation across all dry, refrigerated, and frozen storage areas to minimise ingredient wastage.
• Track daily ingredient consumption against planned usage, identify variance causes, and report wastage to the kitchen manager.
• Process vendor invoices, reconcile with purchase orders, and submit payment documentation to the accounts team.

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate degree in any discipline; commerce, supply chain, or operations background is an advantage.
• Zero to three years of experience in procurement, inventory management, or stock control in a food or retail business.
• Good numerical accuracy and attention to detail for stock counting, purchase order creation, and invoice verification.
• Basic proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets for maintaining inventory tracking records and daily consumption logs.
• Understanding of FIFO stock rotation principles and proper storage practices for perishable food ingredients.
• Good communication skills in Tamil and English to coordinate with vendors, delivery staff, and kitchen management.
• Reliability and honesty in handling vendor invoices, stock records, and procurement documentation.
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
