📌 Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate size-wise, colour-wise, and SKU-wise inventory records for all apparel categories in the store
• Process goods received notes for all incoming fashion merchandise and update inventory management systems
• Conduct daily and weekly stock counts for assigned sections and report variances to the store manager
• Raise timely replenishment requests for fast-selling sizes and styles to prevent out-of-stock situations
• Identify and flag aged, end-of-season, and dead stock for markdown or transfer decisions
• Coordinate with the visual merchandising team to ensure replenished stock is correctly placed on the floor
• Generate weekly inventory reports including sell-through rates, size availability, and slow-moving style summaries

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognised institution
• Zero to three years of inventory or stock management experience in a fashion retail or apparel environment
• Proficiency in inventory management software, ERP, or WMS platforms used in retail operations
• Strong numerical accuracy for size-wise and SKU-wise stock reconciliation and variance reporting
• Understanding of FIFO stock rotation principles as applied to seasonal fashion merchandise
• Knowledge of apparel size standards, style coding, and colour variant management is an advantage
• Basic MS Excel proficiency for generating inventory trackers and sell-through analysis reports
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
