📌 Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of key corporate accounts for the event management company across all event categories.
• Develop annual event calendars and repeat business proposals for key corporate clients to maximise account revenue.
• Present strategic event concepts, creative proposals, and cost structures to senior client stakeholders.
• Negotiate contracts, retainer agreements, and annual event packages with corporate key accounts.
• Track account revenue, pipeline, profitability, and client satisfaction metrics and report to management.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell event services including MICE, brand activation, and entertainment to existing clients.
• Serve as the primary relationship owner for key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and contract renewal.

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• MBA in Marketing or Business Management from a recognised university.
• 3 to 8 years of B2B account management experience in events, media, advertising, or hospitality.
• Demonstrated track record of managing and growing key corporate accounts with measurable revenue results.
• Strong strategic pitch and proposal development skills for senior corporate client presentations.
• Experience with CRM tools for account planning, pipeline management, and revenue forecasting.
• Excellent English and Tamil communication and stakeholder management skills for senior client relationships.
• Deep understanding of Coimbatore's corporate event market including IT, BFSI, auto, and pharma sector clients.
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
