📌 Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of FMCG, pharma, or e-commerce key accounts generating significant annual packaging material revenue
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with procurement, packaging development, and supply chain contacts at key customer organisations
• Negotiate annual supply contracts, pricing frameworks, and volume commitments to secure and grow account revenue
• Coordinate with NPD, production planning, and quality teams to ensure new development projects and orders are delivered on time and to specification
• Develop account growth plans identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities across the customer's packaging categories
• Handle and resolve escalated customer complaints on quality, delivery, or pricing by coordinating appropriate responses across internal teams
• Submit monthly account reviews, revenue forecasts, and pipeline reports to the sales director

• Describe how you structure and execute an annual account review with a key FMCG packaging customer
• How do you identify cross-sell opportunities within an existing key account that currently buys only corrugated boxes?

Diploma or B.E. in Printing Technology, Packaging Technology, or Mechanical Engineering; BIS packaging standard knowledge (IS 1476 for corrugated boards); ISO 9001 internal auditor; Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop for prepress; Esko ArtPro or Preps for packaging prepress; FSSAI packaging material compliance for food-grade; CTP (Computer-to-Plate) operation; flexo, gravure, or offset press operator skill; EHS and factory act for safety roles
