📌 Key Responsibilities

• Assist parents and children in selecting school shoes, sports shoes, sandals, and casual footwear for kids
• Measure children's feet accurately and recommend correct size and fit for growing feet
• Demonstrate key product features including toe box width, arch support, and closure type suitable for different age groups
• Maintain the kids footwear section with full size availability and attractive display arrangement
• Handle exchanges and returns for ill-fitting kids footwear in line with store policy
• Communicate seasonal offers, back-to-school promotions, and new collection arrivals to parents
• Report size shortages in fast-moving kids footwear styles to the supervisor for replenishment

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• 12th pass from a recognised board in any stream
• Patient and child-friendly communication style suitable for interacting with children and parents simultaneously
• Basic understanding of children's footwear sizing from infant to teen sizes
• Awareness of the importance of correct fit for growing children's feet
• Willingness to work rotational shifts including weekends and school holiday periods
• Prior experience in a kids retail section or childrenswear store is an advantage
• Good spoken Tamil with basic English for parent consultations
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
