📌 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the fitness chain's annual marketing strategy including brand positioning, campaign calendar, channel mix, budget allocation, and lead generation targets aligned with membership growth goals.
• Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, outdoor, and in-centre channels for membership drives, new programme launches, seasonal promotions, and new branch openings.
• Manage the fitness chain's social media strategy and content calendar across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and WhatsApp to build brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate membership enquiry leads.
• Plan and oversee performance marketing campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads, managing agency relationships, budget pacing, audience targeting, creative testing, and optimisation to reduce cost per lead.
• Design and execute member acquisition campaigns including digital lead generation, referral programme marketing, corporate tie-up outreach, and partnership promotions with complementary health and wellness brands.
• Build and manage fitness influencer and brand ambassador partnerships including content collaboration agreements, campaign briefing, performance tracking, and ROI evaluation.
• Monitor and report on marketing performance against KPIs including cost per membership lead, lead-to-conversion rate, cost per acquisition, social growth, and digital revenue attribution on a monthly basis.

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• MBA in Marketing from a reputed institution with 4 to 10 years of marketing management experience in fitness, wellness, consumer services, or a brand-driven organised retail or healthcare environment.
• Demonstrated experience developing and executing integrated marketing strategies for a multi-location consumer brand with accountability for lead generation and membership acquisition targets.
• Deep proficiency in social media strategy and content management across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and WhatsApp for fitness or consumer lifestyle brand growth.
• Strong performance marketing skills including Meta Ads and Google Ads campaign management, audience targeting, creative strategy, A/B testing, and ROI optimisation.
• Experience designing and executing member acquisition and retention campaigns including referral programmes, corporate tie-up marketing, and seasonal membership promotion campaigns.
• Ability to build and manage influencer and brand ambassador partnerships aligned with the fitness chain's positioning, target audience, and campaign objectives.
• Strong analytical skills for tracking marketing KPIs, building campaign performance reports, and translating data insights into actionable optimisation decisions for the marketing team.
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.

ISSA, ACE, NASM or equivalent personal trainer certification for fitness trainer roles; BSc in Physical Education or Sports Science for fitness consultant and trainer roles; nutritional certification from NIN or IGNOU for nutrition counsellor roles; CPR and first aid certification for all gym floor staff; aerobics and group fitness instructor certification for group class roles; yoga TTC (200-hour or 300-hour) for yoga instructor roles; Diploma in Sports Management for centre manager and operations roles; MBA or Graduate for sales, marketing, and centre manager roles; swimming coach certification from Swimming Federation of India for pool roles if applicable
