📌 Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute local area marketing activities to promote coaching centre enrollment in the surrounding residential zones
• Conduct school outreach visits and distribute promotional material at schools, residential areas, and public spaces
• Generate student enrollment leads through field activities, WhatsApp groups, and community channels
• Manage social media presence for the centre including posting updates on results, batch openings, and events
• Follow up with prospective student and parent inquiries generated through marketing activities
• Coordinate with the counseling team to ensure leads from field activities are followed up promptly
• Prepare weekly reports on marketing activities, lead counts, and enrollment conversions

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline
• Minimum 1 year of field marketing or local area promotion experience preferably in an educational sector
• Comfortable with outdoor marketing activities including school visits and residential area promotions
• Basic social media management skills for maintaining the centre's online presence
• Good communication skills in Tamil and English for interacting with parents and school contacts
• Own two-wheeler and driving licence preferred for field marketing roles
• Goal-oriented with ability to meet monthly lead generation targets set by management
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
