• Conduct competitive analysis and market research to support sales and product teams
• Manage product catalogue updates, digital marketing content, and website product listings
• Track leads from events and digital campaigns in CRM and hand off qualified leads to sales executives
• Support procurement of promotional materials, display stands, and conference exhibits
