📌 Key Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up sales leads for residential apartment and villa projects through digital enquiries, walk-ins, and channel partner referrals
- Coordinate and accompany prospective buyers on project site visits and model flat walkthroughs
- Present project features, specifications, pricing, and payment plans to prospective buyers clearly and confidently
- Maintain and update CRM with lead status, site visit records, follow-up schedules, and booking pipeline
- Build and manage relationships with channel partners including real estate brokers and property consultants to grow external referral pipeline
- Assist buyers with home loan documentation, bank liaison, and booking process coordination
- Prepare daily and weekly lead generation and conversion reports for the sales manager
🎓 Qualifications and Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Marketing or a post-graduate diploma in real estate sales is an advantage
- 0-3 years of experience in real estate project marketing, residential sales, or real estate broking
- Good communication and presentation skills in Tamil and English for engaging prospective apartment buyers
- Familiarity with residential real estate project features, apartment specifications, and RERA disclosure requirements
- Willingness to work on Sundays and holidays which are peak enquiry and site visit days for residential project sales
- Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools for lead tracking and conversion pipeline management
- Self-motivated with ability to handle rejection, persist with follow-ups, and work toward monthly booking targets
- Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
