📌 Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose operational inefficiencies using lean and Six Sigma methodologies at client sites
• Conduct value stream mapping and identify waste reduction opportunities across production and service processes
• Analyse Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and recommend improvements for manufacturing clients
• Design and implement process improvement initiatives with measurable KPI targets
• Facilitate Kaizen workshops and engage client operations teams in continuous improvement culture
• Benchmark client operations against industry standards and recommend operational upgrades
• Prepare detailed implementation plans with resource requirements, timelines, and expected savings

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• MBA or B.E. with two to six years of operations consulting or operations management experience
• Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is strongly preferred
• Experience applying lean, value stream mapping, and kaizen in manufacturing or service environments
• Ability to conduct OEE analysis and identify equipment and process improvement opportunities
• Willingness to spend significant time at client manufacturing or service sites
• Strong analytical skills and ability to quantify operational improvement benefits
• Good facilitation and change management skills for engaging shop floor and management teams
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
