• Drive network expansion strategy including new outlet site selection, regulatory approvals, and launch planning
• Develop and enforce chain-wide SOPs for dispensing, inventory, customer service, compliance, and HR
• Mentor and evaluate area managers and regional operations leads across the network
• Oversee technology initiatives including ERP upgrades, digital billing, and data analytics implementation
• Build and manage relationships with key pharmaceutical distributors, manufacturers, and regulatory authorities
• Present operational performance, expansion plans, and strategic recommendations to the board or promoter group
