📌 Key Responsibilities

• Oversee catering operations across multiple client sites in Coimbatore ensuring consistent food quality, service standards, and P and L performance.
• Manage a team of site catering managers and supervisors across industrial, corporate, and institutional catering contracts.
• Own site-level and cluster-level P and L including food cost, labour cost, and overhead management for all assigned contracts.
• Conduct regular operational audits of catering kitchen and service sites and implement corrective actions for non-compliance.
• Lead client review meetings for assigned catering accounts and manage contract renewals, rate revisions, and service scope changes.
• Develop and roll out catering SOPs, menu standards, and food safety management protocols across all managed sites.
• Coordinate with HR for workforce planning, contract labour deployment, and resolution of site-level staffing issues.

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor of Hotel Management or MBA in operations management from a recognised institution.
• Five to twelve years of catering operations experience with at least three years managing multiple catering sites.
• Demonstrated P and L management capability across a portfolio of corporate or industrial catering contracts.
• Strong client management skills with experience in catering contract retention, renewal, and escalation resolution.
• Deep knowledge of FSSAI food safety regulations, HACCP systems, and ISO 22000 standards for catering operations.
• Proven leadership capability to manage site catering managers, supervisors, and contract kitchen teams across Coimbatore zones.
• Proficiency in catering MIS reporting, food cost analysis, and operational performance dashboards.
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
