📌 Key Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant chain operations across all zones in Coimbatore and Tamil Nadu, overseeing a team of area managers and outlet managers.
• Own the organisation's restaurant operations P&L including revenue, cost control, and EBITDA performance targets.
• Develop and implement operational SOPs, service standards, and kitchen management protocols across the entire chain network.
• Drive performance improvement initiatives across underperforming outlets through structured coaching and operational intervention.
• Support the expansion team with site assessment, pre-opening planning, and new outlet operational readiness reviews.
• Coordinate with central functions including supply chain, HR, marketing, and finance to align outlet operations with business strategy.
• Report operational performance, market insights, and strategic recommendations to the CEO or managing director of the restaurant chain.

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• MBA in operations or hospitality management, or a Hotel Management degree with post-graduate management qualification.
• Ten to twenty years of progressive F&B chain operations experience with at least five years in a multi-zone leadership role.
• Track record of managing restaurant chain P&L across a portfolio of twenty or more outlets with consistent financial performance.
• Strong organisational leadership skills to manage area managers, develop operations teams, and build a high-performance culture.
• Deep knowledge of restaurant chain expansion, franchise operations, and technology adoption in multi-outlet F&B businesses.
• Experience in developing and rolling out SOPs, training frameworks, and brand audit programmes across a restaurant chain network.
• Strategic thinking and data-driven decision-making capability to identify performance gaps and implement scalable operational solutions.
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
