• Review and approve label artworks for FSSAI compliance, barcode accuracy, and printing quality
• Conduct and review packaging validation tests including seal strength, barrier properties, and migration risk assessments
• Track packaging material costs and identify opportunities for cost optimisation without compromising food safety or shelf life
• Manage packaging development projects for new product launches, pack size changes, and reformulations
• Stay updated on sustainable packaging trends and evaluate eco-friendly alternatives for the company's packaging portfolio
