📌 Key Responsibilities

• Operate form-fill-seal, pouch packing, or carton packing machines for food products on the production line
• Monitor packing machine speed, fill weight, and seal quality during the shift
• Verify batch codes, manufacturing dates, and MRP labels on every pack before dispatch
• Perform check-weight sampling at defined intervals and record results in packing registers
• Clean packing machine hopper, chutes, and conveyor belts at shift change or product changeover
• Segregate and report rejected pouches or over- and under-weight packs to the supervisor
• Assist in product counting, box filling, taping, and pallet stacking for the dispatch area

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Which packing machines have you operated - form-fill-seal, flow wrap, or carton sealing?
• Have you done weight checks and recorded results during a packing shift?
• Are you familiar with batch coding and label verification on food packs?
• Have you worked with automated packing lines and conveyor systems?
• How do you handle rejected packs on the production line?
• Are you comfortable with shift work and standing for extended periods?
• Have you worked in a food, beverage, or FMCG packing unit before?
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
