• Generate GST-compliant invoices for all transactions including OTC and prescription sales
• Apply scheme discounts, loyalty points, and promotional offers as per store policy
• Handle returns, replacements, and credit note generation per the store's return policy
• Reconcile cash, card, and UPI payments at shift close and submit daily sales reports
• Resolve billing discrepancies and escalate exceptions to the billing supervisor or store manager
• Maintain billing records and support monthly financial reconciliation with the accounts team

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Which pharmacy billing or retail POS software have you worked with previously?
• How do you handle a situation where the system price differs from the printed MRP on a product?
