📌 Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete operations of the pharmacy retail outlet including sales, staffing, inventory, and compliance
• Own store-level P and L including sales achievement, margin maintenance, and expense control
• Recruit, onboard, train, and evaluate all store staff including pharmacists, billing executives, and assistants
• Coordinate with the pharmacist in-charge to ensure full dispensing compliance and licence validity
• Monitor daily sales performance against targets and implement corrective actions when required
• Oversee inventory management, shrinkage control, and monthly stock reconciliation
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports to the area manager
