📌 Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive musculoskeletal and neurological assessments for outpatient patients and formulate physiotherapy treatment plans
• Prescribe and supervise individualized therapeutic exercise programmes for orthopaedic, neurological, and post-surgical patients
• Apply and monitor electrotherapy modalities including TENS, IFT, ultrasound, and diathermy based on clinical indications
• Perform manual therapy techniques including joint mobilisation, soft tissue release, and stretching
• Educate patients on condition management, posture correction, and home exercise compliance
• Document SOAP notes, progress assessments, and discharge summaries in the clinic management system
• Coordinate with referring physicians and report on patient progress at scheduled review intervals
