• Monitor revenue, billing accuracy, patient collection rates, and report performance metrics to clinic owners or directors
• Lead patient experience initiatives, handle escalated patient complaints, and implement feedback-based service improvements
• Manage medical equipment maintenance schedules, consumable stock, and vendor relationships for clinic supplies
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulatory requirements, maintain patient records per data protection standards, and manage staff credentialing documentation
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance review processes for clinical and non-clinical clinic staff
