📌 Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate electrotherapy equipment such as TENS, IFT, ultrasound, and diathermy under physiotherapist supervision
• Assist physiotherapists during manual therapy, mobilisation, and exercise therapy sessions
• Apply hot packs, cold packs, and hydrotherapy modalities as directed
• Help patients with safe transfer, positioning, and ambulation during sessions
• Maintain cleanliness and calibration records for all rehabilitation equipment
• Document patient attendance, treatment units delivered, and session notes in clinic software
• Guide patients through prescribed home exercise programmes and demonstrate correct technique

• What electrotherapy modalities have you operated in a clinical setting?

• How do you ensure patient safety when applying thermal modalities?
• What steps do you follow when setting up a traction unit?
• How do you handle a patient who is anxious or in pain during treatment?

• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.

BPT (Bachelor of Physiotherapy) with MCI/state council registration for physiotherapist roles; MPT in the relevant specialty (Orthopaedics, Neurology, Sports, Paediatrics, Cardiopulmonary) for specialist roles; BOT (Bachelor of Occupational Therapy) for OT roles; B.Sc. Speech and Language Pathology for speech therapist roles; Diploma in Physiotherapy or Rehab Technician Certificate for assistant roles; dry needling certification; Kinesio Taping certification; electrotherapy equipment operation certificate; BLS (Basic Life Support)
