📌 Key Responsibilities

• Operate cement grinding or RMC batching plant equipment under shift supervisor guidance
• Monitor process parameters including feed rate, grinding pressure, and discharge temperatures
• Conduct routine checks on conveyors, elevators, and material handling equipment
• Operate dust suppression and bag filter systems to maintain environmental compliance
• Maintain shift logs, operator round registers, and equipment checklist records
• Follow LOTO, work permit, and PPE protocols for all field activities
• Report deviations in process parameters and equipment faults to the shift supervisor promptly

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• ITI in Fitter, Electrician, or Mechanic trade or Diploma in Mechanical/Chemical/Civil Engineering
• 0-2 years of experience in a cement plant, RMC batching plant, or similar process industry preferred
• Basic knowledge of cement grinding process, clinker handling, or RMC batching sequences
• Familiarity with dust control systems and bag filter operation in a cement or mineral processing plant
• Physical fitness for shift work in an industrial plant environment with appropriate PPE usage
• Ability to read process gauges, flow meters, and control panel indicators accurately
• Good observation skills and quick response to process alarms and equipment alerts
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
