📌 Key Responsibilities

• Produce brand podcasts for PR agency clients including episode planning, guest booking, recording coordination, audio editing, and podcast platform distribution
• Write scripts for corporate brand videos, executive interview productions, thought leadership video series, and product launch video content
• Edit video and audio content for client brand channels, YouTube, LinkedIn video, and internal communications productions
• Coordinate on-site and virtual recording sessions including technical setup, speaker briefing, and quality monitoring during production
• Manage post-production workflows covering audio mixing, video colour correction, subtitle generation, and export for multiple platform formats
• Develop content calendars for client podcast and video programmes and manage episode release schedules and distribution across platforms
• Compile performance reports on podcast episode downloads, video views, engagement, and audience growth for client account reviews

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Film Production, or any discipline with a portfolio of produced podcast episodes or brand videos
• 0 to 4 years of experience in podcast production, corporate video production, or audio-visual content creation at an agency or in-house brand team
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or similar video editing software and audio editing tools such as Adobe Audition or Audacity
• Experience writing production scripts for corporate video and executive interview formats including question design, scripted segments, and brand messaging integration
• Understanding of podcast distribution platforms including Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and Google Podcasts and how to optimise metadata for discoverability
• Ability to manage production logistics including recording equipment setup, speaker briefing, session coordination, and post-production quality control
• Knowledge of video format specifications for LinkedIn, YouTube, and internal communications platforms is required; basic motion graphics skills are an advantage
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
