📌 Key Responsibilities

• Lead a consulting practice area or industry vertical with P and L accountability for a portfolio of client accounts
• Originate and close new consulting engagements through executive relationship development and market positioning
• Develop and publish thought leadership content to build the firm's credibility in target industry and functional domains
• Build, mentor, and retain a team of engagement managers, senior consultants, and consultants in the practice
• Manage key client accounts at the C-suite and board level and drive organic growth through expanded mandates
• Contribute to firm-level strategy including market expansion, service line development, and talent strategy
• Represent the firm at industry conferences, client events, and senior leadership forums in Coimbatore and across India

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• MBA from a premier institute with ten to eighteen years of management consulting experience
• Demonstrated track record of practice development and business origination at a consulting firm
• Established C-suite client relationships in one or more industry verticals served from Coimbatore
• Experience building and leading consulting teams of ten or more professionals
• Strong thought leadership credentials including published research, speaking engagements, or industry recognition
• Deep expertise in one or more consulting domains with a recognized market reputation
• Existing client network in Coimbatore or Tamil Nadu market is strongly preferred for this role
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
