📌 Key Responsibilities
- Lead all production operations for the food manufacturing plant including planning, scheduling, execution, and performance reporting
- Develop and implement production plans aligned with sales forecasts and raw material availability to meet customer delivery commitments
- Monitor and drive OEE, throughput, yield, and wastage metrics across all food processing lines and present weekly and monthly KPI reports
- Ensure full HACCP, GMP, and FSSAI regulatory compliance across all production areas and lead food safety culture initiatives
- Manage production department budget including manpower, utilities, and consumable costs and identify cost reduction opportunities
- Lead, develop, and appraise a team of production supervisors, line leads, and shopfloor operators
- Coordinate with quality, maintenance, supply chain, and R and D teams to resolve production issues and support new product launches
