📌 Key Responsibilities
- Lead all production operations for the textile mill or garment manufacturing facility including planning, scheduling, execution, and performance reporting
- Develop and implement production plans aligned with order books and raw material availability to meet buyer delivery commitments
- Monitor and drive OEE, efficiency, throughput, and wastage metrics across all textile production sections and present weekly KPI reports
- Ensure full compliance with quality standards, OEKO-TEX or ISO 9001 requirements, and buyer quality manuals across all production areas
- Manage production department budget including manpower, consumables, and utility costs and drive cost reduction initiatives
- Lead, develop, and appraise production supervisors, section heads, and shopfloor teams
- Coordinate with quality, maintenance, IE, and supply chain teams to resolve production bottlenecks and support new style launches
