📌 Key Responsibilities

• Assemble medical device components in controlled cleanroom environments following standard operating procedures
• Inspect subassemblies for dimensional and visual defects at each production stage
• Maintain batch manufacturing records and device history records as per ISO 13485 requirements
• Operate semi-automated assembly jigs, torque tools, and leak test fixtures
• Participate in 5S activities to maintain workstation cleanliness and organisation
• Report non-conformances to quality inspectors and assist in root cause investigation
• Pack finished devices per labelling and packaging specifications

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Have you worked in a cleanroom or clean assembly environment before?
• Which medical devices or components have you assembled?
• Are you familiar with batch records and device history records?
• What inspection tools have you used for dimensional or visual checking?
• Have you worked with ESD-sensitive components?
• Are you comfortable working in rotating shifts?
• What is your ITI trade or Diploma branch?
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
