📌 Key Responsibilities

• Supervise production line operators and helpers on assigned food processing lines across shifts
• Monitor batch manufacturing records, line yields, and OEE metrics and report deviations to the production manager
• Enforce GMP, HACCP CCP compliance, and personal hygiene standards on the production floor
• Plan shift-wise manpower allocation based on production schedule and available headcount
• Conduct shift handover briefings and document all critical events in the shift log
• Coordinate with quality, maintenance, and stores teams to ensure uninterrupted production flow
• Investigate and resolve minor equipment stoppages and escalate recurring downtime issues to the maintenance team

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• How many production line operators and helpers have you supervised directly?
• Which food products or categories have you supervised on the line - spices, beverages, or ready-to-eat?
• How do you track line efficiency and yield losses during a shift?
• Have you enforced GMP and CCP compliance on a HACCP-certified food line?
• How do you handle a situation where a batch fails an in-process QC check?
• What shift documentation do you prepare as a production supervisor?
• Have you participated in a third-party food safety audit such as BRC or FSSC 22000?
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
