📌 Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of one or more construction projects including scope, schedule, cost, quality, and safety performance
• Own project P and L and report financial performance, cost at completion, and risk exposure to senior management
• Build and maintain client relationships for all project decisions, variations, milestones, and handover requirements
• Manage and develop a project team of project engineers, site supervisors, quantity surveyors, and safety officers
• Oversee subcontract award, performance management, and claims resolution for all project subcontractors
• Drive project programme recovery plans when schedule deviations occur and report revised programme to clients
• Ensure full EHS compliance across all project sites and lead the project safety culture and incident review process

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• B.E. Civil Engineering with 5-12 years of construction project management experience; an MBA in Construction Management or PMP certification is an advantage
• Demonstrated track record of delivering residential, commercial, or infrastructure construction projects from contract award to handover
• Proven ability to manage construction project P and L, cost-at-completion reporting, and budget recovery actions
• Strong experience in client relationship management, variation and claims negotiation, and contract administration
• Leadership experience in building and managing a multi-functional project team of 20 or more staff and subcontractor teams
• Good command of construction scheduling tools including MS Project or Primavera and project financial reporting
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills for senior client, consultant, and stakeholder engagement
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
