📌 Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of consulting projects including scope definition, work planning, and milestone tracking
• Develop and maintain project plans using MS Project or equivalent tools with resource allocation and dependency mapping
• Identify and manage project risks and issues proactively with mitigation actions and escalation protocols
• Manage stakeholder communication including steering committee updates, status reports, and change requests
• Control project scope and manage client expectations on deliverable boundaries and timeline impacts
• Coordinate across consulting workstreams and client functional teams to ensure integrated project delivery
• Ensure project governance standards including documentation, sign-off, and lessons learned are maintained throughout

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• MBA or B.E. with four to ten years of project management experience in consulting or large corporate programs
• PMP certification from PMI is mandatory; PRINCE2 certification is an accepted equivalent
• Experience managing multi-workstream consulting projects with cross-functional stakeholder engagement
• Proficiency in MS Project or equivalent project planning tools for Gantt chart and resource management
• Strong risk management and issue escalation skills with structured follow-through
• Excellent stakeholder communication and executive reporting skills
• Familiarity with both Agile and waterfall delivery methodologies for hybrid consulting project environments
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
