• Negotiate pricing, schemes, and credit terms with approved pharmaceutical stockists and distributors
• Coordinate with vendors on delivery schedules, back-order management, and urgent supply requests
• Process supplier invoices and credit notes and coordinate with the accounts team for payment
• Maintain an approved vendor list and evaluate new vendor additions based on pricing and compliance
• Track purchase scheme benefits including free goods and bonus quantities in the ERP system
• Prepare purchase performance reports on margins, vendor reliability, and scheme utilization
