📌 Key Responsibilities

• Lead the quality assurance function across all catering sites and production kitchens managed by the catering company.
• Develop, implement, and maintain the company's Food Safety Management System in compliance with ISO 22000 and FSSAI standards.
• Conduct scheduled and surprise food safety audits across catering sites and prepare detailed non-conformance and audit reports.
• Manage the HACCP programme across all production kitchens including hazard analysis updates, CCP monitoring, and record review.
• Oversee microbiological testing of food samples, water, and surface swabs from catering sites and review laboratory results.
• Lead root cause analysis for food safety incidents and implement corrective and preventive actions across affected sites.
• Train site food safety officers and kitchen supervisors on QA standards, HACCP documentation, and FSSAI compliance requirements.

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate in Food Science, Food Technology, Microbiology, or Hotel Management with a post-graduate qualification in food safety.
• ISO 22000 Lead Auditor or Internal Auditor certification required; HACCP Level 3 certification is mandatory.
• Four to ten years of food safety or quality management experience in a catering, food manufacturing, or HORECA environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multi-site food safety audit programmes and lead a team of food safety officers.
• Strong knowledge of FSSAI regulations, Schedule 4 requirements, and inspection processes for catering operations.
• Proficiency in non-conformance management, root cause analysis techniques, and corrective action implementation.
• Excellent communication and training skills to build food safety awareness across diverse catering site teams.
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
