📌 Key Responsibilities

• Conduct inline quality inspections on garment sewing operations at defined check points across the production line
• Perform AQL-based endline inspections on finished garment bundles and classify defects as per the buyer defect classification manual
• Check garment measurements against the approved measurement chart for each size and style and record deviations
• Inspect trims, labels, zipper functionality, button attachment, and embellishment quality against the approved sample
• Tag and segregate rejected garments for rework and record rejection counts by defect type in the QC register
• Prepare daily quality reports including pass rate, major and minor defect counts, and rework percentages for the QA manager
• Attend pre-production meetings and first piece inspection activities for new styles to understand buyer quality standards

• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.

B.Tech. or Diploma in Textile Technology, Apparel Production, or Fashion Technology for technical roles; NIFT or NTTF qualification for design and production roles; ISO 9001 and OEKO-TEX Standard 100 for quality roles; GOTS awareness for organic textile roles; SAM and GSD for Industrial Engineering roles; OSHA and factory act for EHS roles; Tally or ERP for accounts; export documentation and DGFT for merchandiser roles
